5 stars when it works, one when it doesnt, which is often.

Only works half the time, album art is usually missing, and the GUI is wildly outdated for software made by Apple. Makes me want to leave Apple Music and switch to Spotify.

I have been using this app for years. Its great if it works properly. I just got a new phone and the newest version simply doesnt work. It is not responsive at all when trying to change songs. When I use my old phone with the older version it works fine.

One star because I cant give the current version any less. I knew I didnt want to update but did so in error. Now the app I have used for years is totally unusable.

I use this app to control a 1st gen Apple TV for my two channel stereo and ever since the last update in February I like many others have lost the ability to select songs to play. After you press play the first time you are not able to tap on any other songs to play. Hard to believe Apple has abandoned their own app like this.

Yet another user who loved the app until the Feb 2017 update; I now need to go to my PC to control itunes, which defeats the whole purpose of having this on my phone. FIX THIS, or I need to find another solution and delete this. Update almost two months after the update broke the app: When are you going to fix this, Apple? This is a known problem that you caused; make it right!

Gone is the ability to select a song or radio station or anything that requires a touch of your finger. Somewhat counter intuitive for a program called Remote. If anyone out there knows of another program to control their music library via an iPad, please share that with the rest of us, Apple doesnt seem to want to address the issue so its time to move on. Thanks

Constantly have to re pair. Useless like the people who designed it

It doesnt run like the rest of the Apple experience. It needs a total redesign. It doesnt match the modern look of the OS!

Hopefully the ability to search, select, and " play next" will restored when Steve Jobs is resurrected.

This app is not even star worthy! I use this all the time. Play music outside and control form my phone. Now my phone will not see my library. Fix it or pull it from the app store!

The remote is great, but only when it works. We shouldnt have to unplug our Apple TVs every couple of days and plug it back in to get it communicating with the app again. From what I see this is a long, on going issue. Im sure you can spare a couple of technicians to iron out this kink.

The last version doesnt allow me to switch tracks on n Artist mode by choosing track directly. Just one by one. It doesnt even allow to choose the track from Songs mode. The track doesnt start, when I press on its name. Please, fix it as soon as possible.

Ever since the last update, when select a song, it plays but only once. Try to select the next song.. nothing! Only way to make to play another song is to hold down on a song and add it to the up next playlist...

Worked "fine" for years. Glitchy but I was always able to get where I needed - eventually. Now after this latest update swipe doesnt work AT ALL. Unless you tap the ? Icon then you can swipe just fine through their tutorial. Then go back to the main screen & nada. Ive restarted my phone & my system to no avail. If only my toddler hadnt lost the apple remote!!!

It would be a lot easier, and we would be able to use apple music.

Ive used this app for years now and never had a problem. Its the best iTunes remote you can get. But now, Last update broke it and its been forever with no fix! I need my remote back! Stop being lazy and fix this!

Continually boots me out of the Apple TV. Need to sign out of home sharing and back in again just to get it working again! VERY frustrating!!!
