Works perfectly with iTunes on my Windows 7 laptop! Finally after 4 years! Thank you Apple!

Updated for iOS 10 and still no Apple Music control? This is expected from a 3rd party app that hasnt been updated for years. Not he official app from Apple. Why doesnt the iTunes Remote control Apple Music? I have a MacMini, Airport Express and Apple TV. I should be able to play the same music in multiple rooms and control it using my iOS devices. Support your loyal customers with features that make your products work in harmony.

Works with both my 3 rd and second generation great I just wish when you want to pick up next you could pick the next movie or show

Cant use on gen 3 Apple TV, and the new Apple-TV-specific app wont wake my Apple TV if its hibernating like the Remote app used to.

I had this app for two years and it worked good most of the time. But after this update it stop working with my 3rd generation apple tv.

I cant sign in with 2-factor authentication. The map pops up as oppose to the secondary password popup. Do you guys actually test software before releasing anymore?!?! So I cant even use the app now.

Yeah you cant search & listen to albums you dont already have saved but thats not really an issue. Works well!

We use iTunes+Mac as a media server with remote AirPlay speakers. We have clearly invested in the Apple Ecosystem where everything is supposed to "just work". But once again with this version of Remote, Apple still fails to support Apple Music. And yet Sonos had integrated Apple Music support into their remote app shortly after Apple Music debuted. So looks like, goodbye AirPlay, hello Sonos.

When launched and selected song to play + airport speakers, Apple iTunes Remote app "crashes" the actve iTunes on desktop.

I honestly think that the remote feature should be in the music app by default so you can start music from your phone and control it for your computer like spotify does.

Still not working with iOS 10 upgrade. Very frustrating.

This should be a feature within the entertainment apps (music, videos).

I used to use it quite regularly then stopped as I had no use for it. Now as its needed again it just doesnt work. Something somewhere went terribly wrong. Why?! Does it mean Apple can no longer support its own products? Shame.

It works but just barely. Apple is really losing its touch.

Barely works. If ever. I can connect To the Apple TV but that is about it. Navigation is often unavailable. Honestly takes less time to switch the HDMI over to the xBox, boot that and use it than it does to get this worthless app functioning.

The app no longer works with 3rd gen Apple TV and iPhone 6s--I believe it occurred after iOS 10 update but its a completely useless app now---it seems as though many people are experiencing this issue so I hope it will get fixed soon.

Can not connect to either my iTunes or Apple TV!!!!!

It use to work great until I did the new os 10 update. Now it wont work at all. Help, I cant use the tiny remote that came with my Apple TV because my hands are disabled. Please please fix this!

It no longer works with my iMac iTunes...looking forward to an update that makes it functional once again.

Just set up 2-factor authentication for my Apple ID. Works with everything smoothly except for this app made by Apple. This needs to be fixed quickly. Cant believe that I cant set up home sharing on this app while Im trying to be secure as well. Tried creating an app password and that didnt work either. Kind of ridiculous.
