I really dont understand why there cant be a remote integrated within the itunes app and itunes on mac. I would love to be able to simply add apple music songs and artists on one app rather than go back and forth between the remote and itunes.

This app is perfect. That tiny remote is so hard to use or find when it is misplaced. This app can save you like 30 minutes per thing you are trying to do.

One used to be able to click a song and it would start playing using this app through itunes. However, now you can only add songs to "play next". I want it to play now, like it used to. This is a poor update.

This app is OK, just it doesnt support apple music. I have no use for it now so I dont really use it anymore.

On ipad no band names are listed in album view if you have a large music collection. Forcing you to rely on album names or cover art to guess what band it is. This problem has existed for FIVE YEARS. Could be fixed with 1 line of code.

Doesnt allow me to click on a song and play it on iTunes. Worked before last update. Isnt that what this app is designed to do?

THERES NO VOLUME CONTROL!!!!!

The "Whats Playing" tab there is no Album Art. Plus, theres not some sort of indication within the list of the Playlist of songs as to what song is playing; this used to be there.

After the latest update the app crashes when you try to scrub within a song. Every time.

2 iPhones. 2 apple TVs. Nothing showing up when trying to connect to the devices after an auto update. So frustrating! Restarted ... relinked... nothing!!

Remote used to allow clicking to a new song, album or playlist on itunes. No longer. Please fix this; its VERY annoying!!!

App update no longer will connect to my iTunes DJ guest user voting system. Please fix ASAP.

As others have mentioned, the new version released around 20-Feb-2017, broke the ability to click a song to play it. It works if iTunes is currently stopped (not playing any song) but once you start playing a song, you can no longer just choose another song to play. Volume, pause, play, and skip functions work.

APPLE being one of the most advanced computer companies out there and they cannot even program a remote app. This saids slot about a computer company.

It crashes every time i try to forward a song

After the latest update you can no longer select new playlist or songs on the fly. You can only hit the next song or add songs to the play next feature. I used to love this app but after this update it is broken. Please fix this. I had to re-install an older version I had not updated to get the functionality I want. Poor QC.

The app itself works good but with support for Apple Music missing its of only limited use.

When I think of Apple I usually think of quality but thats not always the case. Especially with the Apple remote app. I really hate this app when it does not work. I cant choose anything different from what is currently playing which is a severe malfunction. I can push pause and play via the function buttons but thats it. Apple your app does not work. Fix asap!

It would be grate if this app was able to stream currently playing music on iPhone to Mac.
