Latest update is horrible. Open app and it works the first time. Go to use it again and it flickers back and forth from remote page to some screen I never seen before or maybe never used before. Back and forth. Have to shut the app down and restart it every time I want to use the remote. Please fix asap. Last versions were good. Never had a problem with this app ever! Until now.

Works perfectly in my houses sound system. Dont know what all the negative reviews are about

They really need to integrate Apple Music support into this app. Youre limited only to what is actually on your iTunes library on the computer youre controlling.

Bugs, bugs and more bugs! Apple should be ashamed of themselves. This app has been pretty much superseded by the standard music app included with iOS. Unfortunately, the music app doesnt support smart playlists when home sharing, due to buggy software. It seems no matter which option you choose, you must deal with Apples buggy software. Apple makes great hardware. Software though, not so much. :-(

Ive used this app for years to control my Apple TV but the most recent update severed the connection to my Apple TV. I cant control it with my phone at all. I can mirror my iPhone but the remote doesnt see it! Apple TV is an older model and weve lost the remote. The new Siri remote wont work with it. Now we can only "project" to the tv with our phones.

No way for controlling a macbookpro with iTunes from my iPhone 6 via Bluetooth???

Guys, update the App to make it work with 4th Gen Apple TV. URGENT!

Home Sharing isnt working!! This app is awesome, it works just (almost) perfectly, but, since Ive logged out from my account, I am not succeeding to log in back

On the last version on my iPad and iPhone when I leave the app and return the app keep blinking and changing from connecting to apple tv to search screen, if apple dont give a damn anymore about the appletv I think that at least you should test your apps better.

This app will only be truly useful when youre able to control whats playing across iPad, iPhone and iPod (like connecting your iPod to speakers and controlling remotely using iTunes on pc/Mac or the app on iphone/iPad). Until then I think its just a sorry attempt at something good

Please, the alternating screens bug is still happening (We users call it "the blinking bug"). The bug has already a name, and you guys were not able to fix it... Shame!

You guys at Apple wonder why everybody is switching to Spotify? Because there is still no Apple Music support in the Remote App. This is amazingly stupid.

Great that this app now operates the Apple TV 4! However: -there is no Siri integration (i.e. No Siri button within-app, and activating Siri on your iOS device with the remote app open only activates that devicess Siri function) -there is a loss of shortcuts (e.g. the Sleep shortcut on the physical remote does not carry over to the remote app, nor does the shortcut to rearrange apps). -many Apple TV games do not support the remote app. Past problems with the app seeing within-network Apple TVs seem now to finally be resolved, but now there is a significant lag between swipe and response making scrolling a maddening and imprecise exercise.

Although I think Apple is the most user friendly of all other OS it is still bad (extremely bad). They should remove it from their line up. Makes me feel like crying (what is going on in the world, doesnt anyone has a pride of ownership??? My problem is I have an Apple TV and I can no longer connect as I longer have this option from my iPhone & iPad. I now get an AirPlay password which I do not know and to complicated to retrieve so I decided to use this app remote. Super super super useless. Only has one option iTunes but is no doing anything. This is too complicated for this super engineer.
