Keeps disconecting

After phone locks I try to use the app again but its disconnected from my Apple TV and It keeps connecting by its self, unsuccessfuly... So I have to quit an app and lunch it again and connect it to Apple TV manualy every time... very annoying and time consuming.
Apple TV 3 and iPhone 6s.
