Used to work great, now its mostly useless

Will not find my AppleTV. I open up the app and I get two options: "set up home sharing" or "add a device". If I choose to add a device it tells me to set up home sharing. If I set up home sharing first then the option to "add a device" is not there. Used to work great before Apple fixed it.
